ReplyDeleteSo very true and something we need to remind ourselves of often. The world doesn't hear the running chatter in our minds such as "I wonder if this is good enough," but what we're thinking will show on our faces and in the way we hold our shoulders. I think we need to be a friend to ourselves first, give ourselves a hug as we would a good friend, put the right words in our mind, lift our chin up and own it.
