This weekend finds me trying to look my best for my first photo shoot in years with a photographer I have been very anxiously excited to meet after which I will be heading home to kiss my boys (my two dogs) and be grateful to be home after a long week away. I see myself taking in a new episode of Barefoot Contessa calling my name Saturday morning as I settle in to catch up on reading all of my mail and maybe a nap.
Despite being away from home, this week has lent itself to some amazing moments and I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to be pampered and patiently taken care of at my hotel as I jaunted here and there for work and of course some play.
Hopefully this first weekend of August finds you well and savoring some time to breathe, smile with abandon and just do as you please.
