It’s funny how weekends take on their own personalities. By that I mean, some are full of life, energy and spontaneity while others are tranquil, restoring and uplifting. This particular weekend will be the latter for me. With time to get things in order at home, perhaps a healthy meal or two, savoring the therapeutic medicine putzing around in the kitchen can provide, and losing track of time while diving into a few new books, I look forward to such weekends.
This past week on the blog invited many wonderful comments, inspiration and genuine kindness. I can’t thank you enough for your time to stop by so often and for spreading the word to your family and friends which so many of you have mentioned in emails. Thank you so very much.

Like you might be a cheer leader, but not those dumb and loud ones. No you could be one who might really change something by talking, thinking and believing into yourself.
