Want & Have Outfit: No. 7

While a lightweight trench works perfectly for spring and early fall, as the temperatures begin to drop, a thicker, warmer coat is ideal. With camel as my color of choice, I discovered J.Crew’s many different styles of winter coats in their most recent catalog and settled on this chic, belted version. With a classic color and single row of buttons, it would easily work well over a dress or a casual pair of jeans and a nice top.

BP’s ‘Runway’ boots were an inexpensive addition to my fall wardrobe last year, and they’ve already worked wonders this season. Available in a handful of colors, you can easily tuck your jeans into them, have a big of a lift, but not too much, with the wedge and wear them with pans or a dress.

  1. I really am enjoying your selections today.. The top would be perfect for my body type and those boots are such a steal at that price (they would be perfected for SF rainy season). And I also love the earrings!
